I went there in early January to check it out, and the reason I came back was because the way I was treated by Patty and how well run and clean everything was. I have used several different storage facilities in the past but Distinct Storage really impressed me. Keep up the good work.

We had had a horrible experience with a new storage a company on West Cornwall who overcharged us, confiscated our goods and treated us so poorly, we were stressed out. But we called Dan in Distinct Storage and he made the move so smooth and friendly. Heather and Dan are professional, kind and their service and facilities are excellent. So us their free moving truck and PJ and moving crew. I give them 5 starts plus more. Highly recommend them.

Update: Still renting a unit, couldn't be happier. The free truck rental service is a huge benefit. Also, Patti is one the friendliest, nicest, most helpful people I've met. Further Update: Continued fantastic experience, incredible storage facilities all around. Rent is going up but that's everywhere. Dan is, as they say, the MAN! He was very responsive in handling a billing situation. Staff continue to be exemplary.
